If you already have an account, follow these steps to sign in:
Navigate to the login page. You will see the login screen with the company logo on the left and an email input field on the right.
Enter your email address in the input field and click Continue (or press Enter).
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Proceed to Entering the Verification Code.
2. New User Registration
If you are signing in for the first time, you will be asked to create your account.
After entering your email, if no account is found, you will see the registration form.
Fill in your details:
- First Name - Required
- Last Name - Required
- Phone Number - Optional, for admin reference
Click Send Code to receive your verification code via email.
3. Entering the Verification Code
After your email is verified (or your account is created), a 6-digit code is sent to your email.
Check your email inbox for a message from The Car Buyers containing your sign-in code.
Enter the 6-digit code in the input boxes. Each box accepts one digit and automatically moves to the next.
The code auto-submits when all 6 digits are entered. You can also click Verify & Sign In.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Backspace - Clears current digit and moves back to the previous box
- Arrow Left / Right - Navigate between code boxes
- Paste (Ctrl+V) - Paste the entire code at once
4. Pending Approval
If you are a new user, after verifying your code you will see a "Pending Approval" screen.
This means your identity has been verified, but an administrator needs to approve your account and assign you permissions before you can access the portal.
What happens next?
Your administrators are automatically notified by email that a new user is pending approval.
An administrator will review your request and either approve or reject it.
You will receive an email letting you know the outcome:
- Approved - You can return to the login page and sign in normally. You will be taken directly to the portal.
- Rejected - The email will include the reason for rejection. Contact your administrator if you believe this was made in error.
5. Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the verification code
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a moment - emails can sometimes take up to a minute to arrive
- Click "Use a different email" and try again
My code has expired
- Codes expire after 5 minutes
- Click "Use a different email" to go back, then re-enter your email to receive a new code
I see "Invalid verification code"
- Double-check the code in your email matches what you entered
- Make sure you are using the most recent code (if you requested multiple)
- Codes are case-sensitive (numbers only)
I see "Pending Approval" but I already have an account
- Your administrator may have removed your permissions
- Contact your administrator to restore access
